Public Speaking... Just the very words strike fear into most people, I think I might be included in that group. Speaking in front of a small group of people I know is not a big deal but in front of a crowd of people that I really don't know.... not so much.
Hoping that my kids don't have that same fear, my wife worked to put a Toastmasters class together. The class has been fantastic and the boys are actually having a great time learning how to put together speeches and learning to embrace the group of people before them instead of dreading the thought of people before them.
This is what happens when my mind wanders during a transition moment when nobody is speaking and I have my camera close by... I take photos of strange things, although strange as it may seem this mechanical pencil is a really cool pencil with an equally cool name -- TUL.
