I happened to bump into someone in Milwaukee that freelances as a video editor. We got to talking and he told me about a personal project that he had put together and how it is posted on Vimeo. I did a search and found his video. I could not believe how fantastic his video, which was created with a small P&S camera. He used a technique called 'Tilt-Shift' which makes the photo/video look like a little model. Using Photoshop I tried to achieve the same fun look and this photo is what I came up with.
